For the last 5 years I have immersed myself in the world of manifestation and I have tried out all the manifestation methods.
You’ve probably heard a lot about manifestation, but you may not know how to use it.
In this blog I’m going to take you through the most powerful manifestation techniques.

The basics of manifestation
Before we get into the manifestation techniques, it’s important to understand the basics.
The law of attraction is based on the idea that like attracts like. What you consistently think about, feel and believe tends to show up in your life.
These feelings, beliefs and thoughts will influence the choices you make in your life.
If you consistently come from a place of lack, fear and scarcity, then it’s likely that you will create these patterns in your life.
One of the most important points about manifestation is clarity. Knowing the details on what you want tells the universe and your sub-conscious mind what you want.
This isn’t wishful thinking, it’s about being aligned. This is about changing your feelings, beliefs and thoughts to align with the life you want.
The manifestation techniques I’ll take you through help you do this.
Be clear on what you want
The foundation for all the manifestation techniques I’ll take you through, this will point apply.
Get clear on what you want!
Asking the following questions might help:
What do I actually want to experience?
How do I want my life to feel?
What would make my day-to-day life lighter, calmer, or more fulfilling?
You may not know exactly what you want, but you may have a few areas in your life where you want to see change.
This is about being honest with yourself on who you want to be, and not who you are expected to be.
Try and be specific as you can. Remember, like attracts like. If you’re vague with what you want, for example ‘I want to be happy‘. You’ll get vague responses from the universe.
The clearer you are about what you want, the easier it becomes to align your thoughts, emotions, and actions with that desire.
Powerful Manifestation Techniques
Now that we have the basics, we can get into the manifestations techniques that will take you from where you are to where you want to be.
Visualisation
Visualisation is where you create a mental picture of your desired life and focus on the positive emotions connected to it.
You need to close your eyes, calm your breathing and being to visualise picture in your head of what it is you want.
If you want to manifest a new house, what colour is the door? What is the layout of the house? What does the furniture look like? Remember, be specific.
Once you have created this mental picture, how do you feel? Cosy? Safe? Proud?
Whatever your emotion, hold it when you picture your dream life.
Doing this a few times a day with have a positive impact on your mindset.
Scripting technique
Scripting is one of my favourite manifestation techniques. It combines emotion, clarity and imagination all into one method.
This is where you get to write down your desired life as if it had already happened. For instance, you detail what your day looks like from morning to evening. What did you do with your day? Who were you with? How did the day make you feel?
As before, be specific! Write in the present or past tense, as though you have lived that day.
Don’t worry about what your writing looks like, or your spelling, or what you think your day should look like – this is for your eyes only.
Consistency is key, so doing this once a day or at least once a week will help demonstrate to your sub-conscious mind believe that your dream life is possible.
Affirmations
Affirmations are positive short statements you repeat on a daily basis. This repetition of positivity shifts your subconscious mind to believe the affirmation.
Your subconscious mind is extremely powerful, your actions and beliefs are all influenced by your subconscious mind. This includes negative thoughts and self doubt.
Change what you expect from yourself through affirmations.
Repeat daily and start each affirmation with ‘I am‘. Start with affirmations that stretch your imagination, but don’t go crazy. The key is to make them believable and achievable.
If you start with “I am going to win millions on the lottery“, do you truly believe that? But, if you start with something like, ‘I’m working towards creating more wealth for myself” and take action towards your goals, your subconscious mind will believe its true – you’ll start to believe its true.
Gratitude
The simple practice of gratitude can have a profound impact on your mindset.
Saying ‘thank you’ when things go your way is showing the universe the appreciation you have for the small things.
I say ‘thank you‘ out loud when I get my favourite parking space at the supermarket. I show my appreciation when my house is a mess with my toddlers toys – healthy children are able to make a mess.
Showing this level of gratitude increases your vibration and shifts your mindset from lack.
There are a number of ways to show your gratitude, you can say 3 things at the end of the day you were grateful for. These don’t have to be big things, notice the little things in life.
You can add it to your scripting technique. Or simply say ‘thank you‘ when something great happens!
Take inspired action
Manifestation techniques isn’t just about mindset, it’s about taking action towards your goals.
Action is what brings manifestation into physical form. It’s a clear sign to the universe that you believe, that you trust yourself to create your dream life.
This action doesn’t need to be big, it can be:
Sending one email
Having one honest conversation
Setting a boundary
Taking five minutes to plan
Saying yes—or no—when it feels right
Each small action reinforces belief and creates movement. Momentum grows when action feels manageable and aligned with your energy.
So there it is, some of the most powerful manifestation techniques.
The best thing about all of these is that they won’t cost you any money, you don’t need to dedicate hours a day to practice them.
Consistency, patience and belief in yourself that anything is possible and you have the recipe for success.
